There is much to support the theory that Trump never expected to win--but expected running to help his family business. He did many things that displayed either an ignorance for, or an utter contempt for, conflict of interest laws and the emolument clause. These are all potentially impeachable offenses.
1. He opened multiple businesses in Saudi Arabia while running for President, and later paid off the Saudi government by green lighting arms sales that have been used to kill civilians in Yemen. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/306990-trump-appeared-to-register-eight-companies-in-saudi-arabia He only closed the Saudi companies after the election and after whistle blow complaints. 2. The Trump family continues to self-deal on Trump properties, in Washington DC, Mar Lago, and around the world. Today brings news of access to the Trump famiily being secured by buying condominiums from Trump Jr. In India.

The most egregious Trump crime is probably the various scams he has pulled licensing hotels in Russia and selling overpriced properties to Russian gangsters to help them launder money stolen in Russia. The relaxation of sanctions promised by Donald Jr, and Kushner, and the clearing of Deutsche Bank last week were payoffs for the money funneled to the crime family.
Mueller has all of these crimes documented, and while there may be no smoking gun yet found in Sr's hand, Jr and Kushner are in severe legal jeopardy. The leak of the Republican operatives so called "memo" of talking points, boosted by cooperation from Russia, is just the latest in a series of diversions by PT Barnum himself to try to steal some more before the ax falls.
My prediction--Trump resigns when the noose tightens, in exchange for Pence pardoning as many as are not under indictment in the State of New York. It doesn't take a prediction to conclude that Malibu and Matty will re-post whatever lies they hear from Trump and Fox and Friends.
The facts on the FBI during the election, and their relationship to FISA are very clear. First, we need to remember that FISA was a George Bush creation, and was not significantly reformed in the bill that Trump signed yesterday.
Second, a conservative organization, The Washington Free Beacon, initially hired Fusion GPS to do research on Trump. During their investigation, the head of Fusion GPS concluded that the Trump campaign may have committed crimes in accepting contributions, financial, and otherwise, from Russia. https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2017/10/28/560544607/conservative-website-initially-hired-firm-that-later-produced-trump-dossier Simpson contact the FBI to let them know of his concerns. Thus, both the Clinton and Trump campaigns were being investigated by the FBI before the election. Only the Clinton investigation was leaked, by rogue FBI agents in New York.
Third, Republicans determined to support Trump as long as they could, systematically mis-represented Simpson's testimony in Congress. Most sources trace this mis-representation to Republican staffers rather than members. It was this misrepresentation of that testimony that led Diane Feinstein to release the full transcript of Simpson's testimony--as Simpson had asked, and as she had authority to do. Is it any surprise that Republican staffers have cooked up another diversion that is not true?
I have met Diane Feinstein several times, she is a fine person and very moderate. I have sometimes joked that she is the only Republican I've ever voted for. She was sitting behind Schumer last might when he announced that he could not reach any compromise with Trump to keep the government open. I have never seen such a disheartened look on her face. She knows that we face an unprecedented Constitutional crisis, and that Trumpists will commit any crime to try to keep their boy in office. This is indeed worse than Watergate.

and again trump is the biggest liar and most lawsuits in the history of usa possibly mankind, in one deposition he was caught lying 30 times...
Let's get an independent counsel that is an ultra-partisan liberal that will go after every law he has ever broken if one was appointed for a land deal that the clintons lost 70k on... well lets get it moving we are wasting time...
