However, there is a large significant rectangular area that has been repainted on the bottom. The white does not exactly match. It look's like about 10"x20" on the bottom along one side against the rail.
The damage and repair was done by the previous owner. I'm not sure the details of the damage or repair at this time. I've asked for further information.

Used

Unsure at this time. I've asked for more details if available.
Based on the age, and damage history I don't think this is a board for me. Not at this price anyway. I'm aware that these boards are 2000-3000 new. However, new prices for windsurfing gear are irrelevant in my opinion. There are far more relevant factors than what you paid new. ALL windsurfing boards are expensive new. Most average between 1500-3000. A board could be 3 months old and 2500 new, but if it's beat to $%^& I'd pay more for a 4 year old board in good condition with a clear and clean history. This board is 5-7 years old and has damage and repairs. The seller has lowered the price a bit but I think at this stage I am out. My feeling is this board's value is more like 300-350. The seller has said they will not sell for less than $600. |

Your pricing is more realistic than the sellers unless you knew exactly who did the repairs.
The exchange rate is getting decent enough to shop down here and if that's something you'd consider there is frequently formula gear for sale. Although I still think it's not the best option for your mission. |

You could also get the serial number off the board and give Rob Mulder a call and see what he can tell you about it. He may also know of some other of his boards, not necessarily formula, for sale. |
