Just moved to Burtonsville Maryland, right outside Washington D.C.. I have heard of a spot near Annapolis on Route 50 or something like that. Can someone offer some help.

There is Sandy Point State Park. Check the local info page right here at iwindsurf.com for that launch as the other northern bay launches.

Also, Check out http://www.cs.umd.edu/~rgc/windsurfing/local.html for a list of DC Area launches.
