It is possible to uphaul in Formula (or similar) boardas with that big sails 10M or so.

If you want to sail in lighter wind, go buy a sail boat or better yet a ski boat!!! Then you wont have to worry about uphauling. |

The other thing you can consider is one of the various uphaul harness hook-assisted devices like E-Z Uphaul and others.
Hi Guy,
There supposed to make uphauling easy but..are they easy to deal with? Do you think its worth using it with less bigger sails (like 6.5, for ex.)?

Get an Easy-Uphaul. You hook a loop in it into your harness and use your legs to break the sail out of the water. Replace the plastic buckle with a stainless chain link or loctited shackle. |
