from what I know, the winds are best in May-July. But pretty decent winds (avg 15-20knots) in feb-march.

Thanks Annie for the clarification.

It looks that this is still nowhere land for windsurfers. Maybe I discover a new spot.

I sailed my boat through all the Carribbean islands and found that
the windward side of Dominica has no launches that a windsurfer could use. You could launch from Scotts Head at the extreme south of the island and sail out into the open ocean between Dominica and the next island to the south. It is always rough and windy in this pass. However the water is thousands of feet deep and there is nothing to leeward. Bring your own gear. Dominica is far better for diving, hiking and whale watching. If you want to discover a new windsurfing spot, sail the pass between St. Kitts and Nevis, Puerto Rico south coast( Bahia Ballena) for small fun waves and reliable wind.
