Rent and sail around W. Palm Florida?

I will be visiting my folks in Jupiter Florida from Christmas to New years and would love to get a day on the water. Bay sailing ideal. Do you know of any places where I could rent a short board and a big sail (ideally, or whatever) for a day or afternoon?
Also, would I need a shortie or long wetsuit down there at that time of the year?

Treasure coast windsurfing in stuart should have rental gear and a mobile unit at the stuart causeway. Thats about 20 minutes north of jupiter. they are typically listed in the windsurf magazines. could be a little cool in the water there, 60s maybe. ocean temps are warmer from jupiter south thanks to the gulf stream, colder north. preceeding fronts we get a great sideshore south wind in jupiter and no wetsuit necesary. come and visit.
