More expensive folly from the anti-abortion zealots on the lunatic fringe. The crazy Louisiana abortion law is blocked--the zealots succeed in wasting money on losing litigation. And a research study shows that the Texas anti-abortion law has done what critics said it would--decrease women's health care. http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMsa1511902

Quote:
CONCLUSIONS

The exclusion of Planned Parenthood affiliates from a state-funded replacement for a Medicaid fee-for-service program in Texas was associated with adverse changes in the provision of contraception. For women using injectable contraceptives, there was a reduction in the rate of contraceptive continuation and an increase in the rate of childbirth covered by Medicaid. (Funded by the Susan T. Buffett Foundation.)

Does this affect the zealots? Not a bit--they attack the scientists, Republican Senator Jane Nelson goes bonkers. Never let facts get in the way.

It doesn't seem to occur to pro-abortionists that there is the same unbridgeable gulf between them and those who oppose them, as there is between the clash of western liberal values and Islamic (Muslim) cultural values, and their resistance to full integration in western society.

I don't hear pro-abortionists calling out Muslim communities as 'intolerant zealots, and the lunatic fringe,' They don't even criticise their widespread (and illegal in our societies) female genital mutilation of young girls. Why?

Obviously you are not listening. Intolerance and bigotry, particularly based on whacky religious ideas from the dark ages, is consistently repudiated.

No, I don't listen to you on Islamic issues. Your mind is blocked to what is going on.

I could quote from several prominent British Muslims who are aware of reality, but it would be pointless. They'd just be dismissed as bigots. Instead, I'll qoute from a recent official report into the practice of female genital mutilation.

It states that there is a report of female genital mutilation of Muslim girls and young women every 96 minutes on average, with 5,484 cases being reported last year, up to september. This Muslim practice is illegal in our country, but the authorities turn a blind eye to it for fear of being accused of being anti-Islamic.

Our Prime minister recently stated in a speech that, we must stop appeasing radical Islam in our midst. (Presumably he meant that action should be taken in such cases, and that the practice of Sharia Law, which is counter to our laws, must be stopped.)

It is now clear to most in Europe, who don,t wear idiological blinkers, that uncontrolled Islamic migration in increasing millions into Europe, is threatening to destabilize our Christian culture.
