I really love my board but its getting really beat up and faded. After I patched it up with ding stick a couple of times it looks pretty ratty. Anyone have any success with painting their board? Is epoxy the way to go? Should I use primer? Is the anti-fouling paint they sell at marine shops what I should use? I love Bondex non-skid spray. If you havent discovered that stuff, check it out. Its great.

Bro, just buy the cheapest spray paint and go at it. If I was you, I would buy the gold metal flake stuff so you could huff a lil and paint some really cool designs on your board.

I have painted on my board with oil based and latex paints without any primer. Both have held up well except for the side area that the sail and mast rubs agaisnt.Whatever paint you use try it on a small area first.
