Anybody know if there is decent (high-wind) windsurfing on the big island? North of Kona about 20 miles?

There is a place called A bay short for anasomethingsomething. It can work with trade or kona winds. Not very much equipment available. I would advise bringing your own. South Point is also a popular windsurfing spot.
