The others listed are dead on chatham favorites for years. here are 2 newer spots that I also like and think are worth going for a drink and app or dinner!

Newly redone raw bar and bistro its nice and open and good vibe ,fun. my wife likes it go for oysters a drink and the calamari is tasty and lightly fried w banana peppers.

Blue Fins is the 2-3 year old sushi/ saki bar in town. good rolls and amazing asian style wings and ribs, lobster pad thai. also $$

both will be crowded and slow and $$$

I want to thank everyone for the suggestions for Cape Cod. We stayed at the Old Harbor Inn. (Very nice place. I would recommend to anyone without kids.) We ate at the Squire and the Del Mar and had drinks on the veranda at the Chatham Bars Inn. Rode bikes from Eastham on the National Seashore trail and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Saw the show at Provincetown. Walked to Harding beach and the lighthouse to watch people swimming among the seals. I even fed the vampire flies while I was there. We stopped at Sandwich and walked the board walk, and finally at Plymouth on the way out. Except for the worst meal in my life at the East Bay Grill (Plymouth - don't go there), we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thanks.
