considering this instead of a second techno. how do low and high ends compare? do you really get enough on the low end to justify giving up the technos versitility?

Just got RRD Avantride 280 yesterday. Have yet to sail in winds meant for it. Yesterday sailed it in 5.4 at Harrys Point aka Nuclear Alley and today at Purdy in opd 5.8. Very nice board, very loose and not so racy as the Formula but still fast enough. Would definitely demo both. Dont know about the Starboards for demo but Pete next door to Windance demos the RRDs and has a 280.
