Was I the only windsurfer on this s0rry a$$ site to get some of the NW'r that occurred yesterday??

Even though it is was open water 4.2 conditions, the waist to chest high depth on an outgoing tide was like a playpen in my backyard.

Some slogging knocked it down to a B+; but close enough to give me a taste of what I used to love.

Sincerely, Ron.C

It was NW down here on the Chesapeake and I know at least 4 of us caught action on Sunday. It was a handful from 12 - 32 mph by the readings ... And felt that way, too. Glad to hear the CC area was firing, too.

awesome here on LI yesterday. Where I sailed, there were a ton of windsurfers. More windsurfers than kites, for a change.

A great day!!

After sailing in Side-off down the line clean hurricane swell sunny and warm Friday and Saturday Sorry to say that Sunday cold cloudy NW just made me want to go to Oysterfest in Wellfleet.
Glad you stoked your stoke though :wink:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0IL_9ftYHc
I did get out on the water in Chatham today though.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0IL_9ftYHc

While toiling away Friday afternoon, I did see some very nice sailing shots right-down-in-front on the camera!

Ron, you had some company out there. Katharine has been lurking on the north side for awhile now, and was right in your back yard with you! Check the ocearch.org shark tracker to see where she was while you were sailing Shocked
