Help!
Time for me to requiver my fins, I have too much overlap and mismatch. Please give me some recomendations for the below combos. I am a 150 lb / 68 kg sailor with more than 15 years of experience, primarily slalom and bump and jump.
Board 1 - 135 liter, 70 cm wide, equivalent to a fanatics shark (actually the old XXX). Sail is a twin cam 7.5 Ezzy infinity, intended use is 8-15 kts. I want big slalom feel with the ability to roar upwind. Shallow bay, super choppy conditions. I like my 6.5 Ezzy free ride on this board, too, but definitely feel like a drop in fin size would be in order.
Board 2 - 99 liter fanatic skate, 63.5 cm wide. Want to use primarily as a bump and jump board (occasional freestyle learning) but I need a fin that can get upwind due to tidal/river currents. I have been using the little 21 that came with it and I am coping with the right amount of fin pressure but just can't edge upwind enough. Sail sizes on this board could be the Ezzy 6.5 free ride to wave panthers in 5.8 and 5.0 in winds from 12-18 kts.
Board 3 - 85 liter Quattro freestyle, 58 cm wide. I have used the 5.8 and 5.0 Ezzy wave panthers and a 1999 (the shame) north zeta 4.2. When I'm on this board it is usually really windy and the mfc stock 21 or so fin is good, but again, it won't creep upwind against a current. Winds on this board can be 15-25 (then I go home).
Primary water surface for all three is shallow water closely spaced chop, bay sailing. Occasional waves sailing but not so much. The two smaller boards turn pretty easily as you might expect being freestyle. The old XXX is really a steady easy planer with little frills but I have had the 5.8 on it when I forgot to pack a small board.
I appreciate any help if you have read this far!

For the 135 liter with a 6.5 I'd recommend a 35-42 cm fin. Maybe a 38 cm freeride fin?
For the 99 liter I'd recommend a 26 cm Maui Ultra Fins wave fin. That's what I usually use with my 64 cm wide freestyle wave board and it's really nice. Gets you upwind ok but still real loose and maneuverable. If you have to fight more current you could get a 30-32 cm freeride fin, like a Maui Ultra Fins "no-spin." I wouldn't go bigger than 32 cm unless you're using two footstraps in the back.
For the 85 liter, the same 26 cm MUFin wave fin ought to work in marginal conditions, but over 20 knots you'd probably want something closer in size to the stock fin.

I only have experience with larger fins and boards. The fins make a big difference and it's worth to have a few per board. Similar to sails, it's nice to have consistency between them with well chosen spacing. If they can fit on more than a board, it's good too.
I don't find there is only a magic fin per sail either, it's relative to conditions. I use a freeride 46 and 40 with my 7.5. 46 for slow conditions (less wind or plenty of chop), 40 for faster conditions. The 40 is used with a 6.0 too, and I also use a 28 on-shore wave with it too. (30 would have been better)
You can have a look at the follwing link for a fin calculator:

Are you starting from scratch for your 135l?

K5 and the resy of those apha numerics
your weight is duly note as are sail sizes. The 135 L would do with just one fin to cover the 7.5/6.5m depending on the fin shape you desire.. ie Do you need a weed type fin to blast on the shallow water ? size 38--41cm
the Makani Hahalua in 38 would be nice, as True Ames Blade weed, note that you will lose some turn looseness with the weed but gain , generally up wind with area contained. 37--41cm would be the size range IMO.
the Skate and Quatro should have powerbox ..?
you can overlap 2 fins that would/could work on both these.
Skate 32/34cm Quatro 26/32cm. I like the MUF RIDE, the Makani ONO Weed freewave in this category.
The freestyle fins you have can be used for that purpose when needed.
when looking at fins note the area presented, a 30cm in one version/style can have more OR less than another. Most size recommendations by companies base the sailor weight on 175LB, so in theory you can go smaller.
the K4 Bubble, freestyle goes only to 20cm.. a nice option for freestyle at a modest price, fairly stiff.

Since you say it's shallow, you may want to consider a good weed fin. I am using MUF (Maui Ultra Fins) weedies on my 96 l 3S and Skate 110. Sizes range from 22 cm to 30 cm. The larger ones are almost impossible to spin out and go upwind well. My wife sometimes puts the 22 cm into here Skate 100 when she wants better upwind ability and earlier planing, but she's always on 5.0 or smaller.
The GPS tracks from a recent session are below. I went half a mile up-and downwind a few times since I could not get a parking spot at Kalmus on the 4th of July weekend. This was with the Skate 110, a 26 cm WeedSpeed, and a 6.5 m sail. A larger fin would have allowed higher angles. I think 26 would be a good size for your Skate.

the Maui Ultra Fins, MUF in weed and regular foils are a good example of the length and area in cm2 being different at comparable lengths.

weeders if and only if one has to.
pro's for weeders: bad case of weeds.
con's:
shiddy turning
shiddy upwind
shiddy, and lazy skill set to get planing
shiddy top end: which feeds lousy upwind and turning.
please don't recommend weeders to those that don't need them. built in glass ceiling.

glass ceiling is a term used to illustrate folks that may see others advancing in skills or opportunity, yet have a barrier in their way.
those that insist on using weeders when not needed for the mere convenience of a less physical early planing technique suffer all the other sucky aspects of weed fins. thus, a glass ceiling, self inflicted.
