Something as simple as switching to a much smaller (or, for freestylers, larger) fin can make you use completely different muscle groups. Or learn a few new tricks and skills. Practice light wind freestyle instead of bitching about "no wind". Participate in local races and let others show you how much you still can learn. Go SUP-sailing in waves. Mix it up, and build up all these little support muscles!
