Question: You order a 2014 Ezzy Lion online. When you get it, it's a 2013. Does it matter?
- Does a one year old brand new sail have a depreciation hit when you walk out the door?
- Should it be sold for less?
- The 2014 is cut differently, am I missing out on any improvements? |

You should demand what you paid for. Sounds like a bait and switch. If you ordered and paid for a 2014 and got a 2013, no good. They should have told you what you were getting, and the 2013's should be discounted now that the 2014's are out. |

That is total B.S. If you paid for a 2014 then you should get a 2014. If you plan to sell your sail in a year or two your going to take a hit VS. a 2014
That said, the 2013 is a fantastic sail. Not sure if there have been any changes on the 2014 except color. I have the 2014 Ezzy Cheetah sails and I can't feel any difference on the water VS. the 2013 sails. You should call Tim at Groundswell LLC and talk to him. I'm very sure he would be interested to know what dealer did that to you. Email him at info@ezzy.com...
Tell us who sent you that sail so they don't pull that again |

Did you give the dealer the opportunity to correct the problem? _________________ The Time a Person Spends Windsurfing is not Deducted from their Lifespan...

1. yes

4. yes, However Ezzy doesn't change much year to year, rather than evolve.
In a few years time, IE 2/3 it wont matter what year it is.
If you have a affliction for minimal depression VS resale value, purchase something other than Windsurf gear.
If not purchase Ezzy Sails.
The dealer/internet business you purchased your sail from is not Customer Service oriented and you should return the sail for a FULL refund with shipping both ways. _________________ K4 fins

I can support a hit of roughly $150 in that circumstance. |
