|
|
Hi
I left the UK for US about 18months ago.
I brought all my windsurf gear over. I decided to sell my light wind stuff and sold my JP SLW fairly quickly, however my 9.4 NP rig isn’t selling.
Edit - Ad delisted as I'm going to keep it!
I want to get back into doing some windsurfing and have some light wind cover, so I’m thinking may be to keep the rig and get a high volume freeride board to use it with it.
My next board down is a JP 79 - 136 SuperSport – this is too small with the 9.4 as I weigh 250Lbs!
The idea would be to sell the 136 and replace with a 150+ vol board – something like an Exocet Nano?
So, I need ideas for a freeride board and need to sell a JP 136 Supersport.
I don’t know any windsurf shops in the US, can’t seem to find anyone here with any stock to go and see– Massachusetts. Any ideas of online places to look?
Anyone want to buy a 136 JP Supersport in great condition- *local pick up only*– email me for pics badgb21 at Hotmail dot com
Thanks for any input.
Kev

For Exocet boards try here: http://www.windspirit-direct.com/ I noticed they are offering 10% off boards and other stuff now. Also, try progressivesports.com in Florida. isthmussailboards.com also has a nice selection of free ride boards on sale now. Good time to buy right now - lots of sales - click on some the companies that advertise here.

Yeah, I got a kite board from there. Didn't see much new windsurfing gear.
It must be all bought to order.

Most any shop will be relatively lean this time of year... '13s are almost gone and '14s have yet to show up.
Inland Sea is a good local MA source, as is Sailworld Cape Cod in buzzards bay.
Call them up or send 'em an email. I'm sure that they'll be more than happy to get whatever you want. _________________ formerly known as hodad.andy

Did some research and Winspirit came up with some options - Thanks for the link Rob, exactly what I was after - very helpful guy.
I have placed my JP 79 (136l) Supersport in the classifieds, it's great board, I'm just too big for it and a 9.4 rig!
If you are near MA why not take a look. Message me or email badgb21 at Hotmail dot com
Thanks for all the replies.

since you're in Mass, why not get in touch with Josh Angulo and see what he has? |

Have been to Cape Verde 6 times and so tried to contact Mr Angulo a couple of times. Never got a reply, so won't be pursuing that line again.
