let's just say there is some potential for things to happen on or around Friday. At or near Coast Guard.
To me, Thursday is way more interesting, because supposedly a swell packet from that megablast that bumped up Portugal will retro in. Small, but fun. I have to hand out candy but might be able to take an afternoon dip

I agree Jerry - it might drop to 25/30 instead of 40 to 60 predicted

I'm hoping for Horseneck Thursday late afternoon. Friday is looking like more pain unless the wind backs off a lot. I'll try to update this Thursday midday with a swell/wave check around 1 pm. from Horseneck.

2pm - Thursday - Horseneck wind south 15-19, not much swell. Maybe later if the wind keeps building.

Antoinebo, Zeppy, Matt and I are thinking Pt Judith 2moro if the fx holds:
Block Island Sound-
Tonight
S winds 15 to 20 kt...becoming SW 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt after midnight. Seas 4 to 7 ft. Patchy fog. Showers likely...mainly after midnight. Vsby 1 to 3 nm... decreasing to 1 nm or less after midnight.
Fri
SW winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft. Patchy fog. Showers. Vsby 1 nm or less.
Fri Night
SW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt... becoming W 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 5 to 8 ft. Patchy fog. A chance of showers.
If there is enuf S in it, should be good. More WSW, then Matunuck.
