I use Barge Cement which I purchase off Ebay. It has a little longer drying time to give you time to get the pads stuck down.
As for pads, Recently I've been buying mine here http://www.surfsource.net/store/category/traction/
I like the soft feel and the traction. Plus, they seem to hold up well.

I have started on this, but just, removing pads. I will need to reloacte the footstrap inserts, my thoughts are just install new ones, and fill the existing ones.
If I needed to have additional width , should that be structurally sound as well ?
Not made a choice on fin configuration, yet but will be 2 or 3, but as said not made a choice, so could be 4, any thoughts on a squash tail VS a swallow with a large VEE , leaning towards a twin.......
size approx is 230cm X 58 approx 80--85L _________________ K4 fins

a few small bumps in the effort, but coming along nicely at a slow pase,
have determined the fin layout, a trailer tri fin, slotboxes and a US box rear/center, cut down to 7 3/4 ". The outline is done off 3 different boards.
under wraps yet.
