Hi everyone...
Tomorrow, Friday, might be N winds, maybe NNE.
I"m heading down to Hayward in the morning, maybe 10, and then free to look for wind.
How does Coyote do on a N wind that is mostly centered in the EastBay hills?
Would take a drive over the SanMateoBridge, so would like to know some of your experiences on a due N wind day.

True north is directly onshore at Coyote. Always looks windier from the launch. Rig a size to size-and-a-half bigger. Easier on an ebb. Doable but not a favored direction.

Embassy is better than Coyote on a North, but the climb down and up the riprap is a bitch. Oyster is quite good once you sail past the pier but the best launch (my secret) is at the tip of Genentech Point Cool

Thanks guys!
Sounda more adventure than this old man wants to daal with.
Big chop and onshore wind sounds almost like Crissy on a N, something I hate even more than Crissy on a South rainstorm.
I guess a true N peaks around noon, so I won't be free until a bit after...
Oh well, Alameda is too gusty and side off, so back to Berkelely for this old fart.
