Good point. Jeff SUPs it with a sawed off fin. _________________ Michael

Was out in 4-7 foot waves on Sunday with my friend SUPping his Go. Check out the video of him at the bottom of this post:
http://www.peconicpuffin.com/the_peconic_puffin/2013/11/l-road-best-conditions-in-a-long-long-time.html
I asked Jeff if he was ever planning on buying a 'real' SUP board again (he broke his last one is how the Go situation started). He said "yes, but my choice is going to be influenced by the Go. I want short and spinny."
He catches waves all day long on this thing. Anyone interested in SUPsurfing who has a Go should just pick up a paddle and find a short (or sawed off) fin. _________________ Michael

On my SPID trips, since I couldn't bring a surfboard in addition to 3 windsurf boards, I always surfed my smallest wave boards, and in those tiny waves, it almost worked OK, but I like flat deck surfboards.....like the GO.
Because I don't have great balance, I need at least a 69 wide board of at least 140 liters to SUP and ride waves. |

Selling my Kona One, 70 cm. wide, 220 liters, footstraps, centerboard, full deck padding, used it for SUP & windsurfing many times, only 8 months old. See "Longboards" here. _________________ Spennie the Wind Junkie

How many times are you going to post here pitching the sale of your Kona One? Seems to me that you can't get rid of it fast enough. Now that's not a criticism of the board, it's more of a reflection of you and our style. |
