The point was that all manufacturers do sometimes produce defective boards. How they handle these defects does indeed vary… and, yes, Fanatic's representation was less than stellar in this instance (and i did not try to represent otherwise).

Of this issue. They are a top shelf shop and there contributions to the watersports and customer satisfaction is commendable. Gman. Cool

PS.i have been in production of one sort or another for 30 years. Perfection
Is un achievable. There will always be bad eggs don't blame the farmer.
I just happen to get one bad board out of thousands.
