Wshingtom Post a so called liberal media is being sold to a partisan republican who derives a lot of money from government including foreign government contracts security contracts. on just NSA contracts hundreds of millions.

I have switched channels to listen to see if any channel brings this up. Have searched online for articles and they only mention him owning amazon. they do not bring up his military intellegence contracting and how that would be of conflict with freedom of the press. Seems the right wing owned media is not bringing this point up that Amazon's owner does huge military industrial complex contracting.

Wired reports that Amazon’s private clouds for the government conflict with its previous advocacy of the public cloud — its contract with the CIA involves building services inside the agency’s data centers.

So as a liberal owning the media my headline would be

CIA contractor buys one of the few socalled liberal media groups the washington Post" can someon on the CIAs payroll be intellectually honest!

still no discussion on a defense contractor with one large client being the CIA in the media. How can they the media not discuss the impacts of freedom of the press. How is a CIA contractor going to not be so biased?

listened to the sunday political shows where they all discussed this purchase of the so called liberal Washington Post. and not one member of the panels brought up that the guy has any connection to CIA and other government contracts. Have not heard a peep of the so called liberal media being owned by CIA contractors and what does that mean for freedom of the press.

Remember the washington post was contacted by Pvt manning and they would not talk to him about his information, so he went to anonymous. So even before the washingtom post was not interested in news that would harm the government.

As I noted before the CIA got caught before with over 400 journalists on their payroll. Called Operation mockingbird. again none were fired.

(CNN) -- Political, religious and sexual behaviors may be reflections of intelligence, a new study finds.
Evolutionary psychologist Satoshi Kanazawa at the the London School of Economics and Political Science correlated data on these behaviors with IQ from a large national U.S. sample and found that, on average, people who identified as liberal and atheist had higher IQs. This applied also to sexual exclusivity in men, but not in women. The findings will be published in the March 2010 issue of Social Psychology Quarterly.
The IQ differences, while statistically significant, are not stunning -- on the order of 6 to 11 points -- and the data should not be used to stereotype or make assumptions about people, experts say. But they show how certain patterns of identifying with particular ideologies develop, and how some people's behaviors come to be

Politics, or neuroscience?

A new study shows that brain structure may have something to do with which side a person lands on the political scale, researchers told LiveScience.

Researchers at Britain's University College London scanned the brains of nearly 120 adults who ranked their political views on a scale of one to five from very liberal to very conservative.

The results showed that those who considered themselves conservatives had a larger amygdala, a part of the brain that processes fear. Liberals tended to have a bigger anterior cingulate cortex, which monitors conflict and uncertainty.

The difference in brain structure could explain some of the traits that distinguish conservatives and liberals, researchers said. People with larger amygdalas tend to respond with more aggression in situations where they feel threatened and are more sensitive to fear and disgust.

People with larger ACCs tend to be better at tolerating uncertainty--a reason why they often accept more liberal views, researchers told LiveScience.

AFP - Everyone knows that liberals and conservatives butt heads when it comes to world views, but scientists have now shown that their brains are actually built differently.
Liberals have more gray matter in a part of the brain associated with understanding complexity, while the conservative brain is bigger in the section related to processing fear, said the study on Thursday in Current Biology.
"We found that greater liberalism was associated with increased gray matter volume in the anterior cingulate cortex, whereas greater conservatism was associated with increased volume of the right amygdala," the study said.
Other research has shown greater brain activity in those areas, according to which political views a person holds, but this is the first study to show a physical difference in size in the same regions.

Religious people are less intelligent than atheists, study finds
Religious people are less intelligent than non-believers, according to a new review of 63 scientific studies stretching back over decades.

A team led by Miron Zuckerman of the University of Rochester found “a reliable negative relation between intelligence and religiosity” in 53 out of 63 studies. Even in extreme old age, intelligent people are less likely to believe, the researchers found - and the reasons why people with high IQs shun religion may not be as simple as previously thought.

again I would put this front page every week till the right wing understands their destiny is to be racists and not be able to comprehend why. And why they buy into the cigarette lobby saying smoking is not harmful and their right wing research proves it.

Low IQ & Conservative Beliefs Linked to Prejudice

Quote:
There's no gentle way to put it: People who give in to racism and prejudice may simply be dumb, according to a new study that is bound to stir public controversy.

The research finds that children with low intelligence are more likely to hold prejudiced attitudes as adults. These findings point to a vicious cycle, according to lead researcher Gordon Hodson, a psychologist at Brock University in Ontario. Low-intelligence adults tend to gravitate toward socially conservative ideologies, the study found. Those ideologies, in turn, stress hierarchy and resistance to change, attitudes that can contribute to prejudice, Hodson wrote in an email to LiveScience.

I guess your right wing media has not channeled to ya. It is righty owned Fux that was going to make the movie. for one important point.

and second the clintons have publicly said they do not want the movie made. once again you are so clueless because you do not get the truth out there by the righty owned media. Or is because of the issue i listed about conservatives not being very smart. again the media does not tell you anything but righty lies.

Now why would the GOP be doing this, could it be because of a liberal bias?

why, well do you know what a lie is? Do you know what a BIG LIE is? So when Fux says they are fair and balanced do you take it they are not lying.

saying the media is liberal is playing the so called victim game. again just in radio for the past 40 years it is 90% all right wing right wing partisan talk and that does not even include the religious radio numbers.

Do you even realize how many hours of time these people get of partisan talk without any liberal viewpoint? Look at even TV Fux is pure hardcore right wing hate with no equivalent on the TV. CNN was the training ground for many Fux personalities.

I guess it makes no difference to you that "Fux" was going to produce the 4 part miniseries about Hillary for NBC, which got cancelled.
