Yes, I use a Cross 111 84 litre. (2011)

It's more of a fast, fairly smooth. and controllable (think opposite of J.P. F.S.W. 84 litre) board, more freeride than surf biassed. It feels to be a little smaller than it's quoted volume, and works well down to 4.2 sail size.

Some complain that it's not exciting enough, but that's best left to the sea conditions, rather than any tricks the board wants to get up to! (Well, that's my opinion. Wink )

funny, i thought the crosses have always had a great surf application to them.

Of course the Cross 84 can be used in surf, I wasn't implying otherwise. But Cross boards by their nature (J.P. included) are compromise all rounders, and deservedly popular too.

What I meant was, that to my mind, the area of least compromise with the 84 seems to be with it's good freeride ability, and smoothish speed. I clocked mine at 30 m.p.h. with a 5.3 in a choppyish sea.

I doubt my Evo 74 wave board would manage that, and if I was daft enough to try in those conditions, I'd first need to super glue my false teeth in, to stop them bouncing out!!!! Laughing Laughing
