Hi Pat,
Put a very thin layer of silicon caulk over the foam. It holds the foam in place, smooths the surface, keeps open cell foam from water logging, and is easy to remove.
Yesterday was good. Blowing already today.

Hi, we now have these Graham Ezzy designed K4 Asymmetrics in stock
they feel great, only used the 8cm 1° Toe-in with 14 Flexy Rears so far but already feels looser.

I believe the looser part but with a toed in asymmetric fin aren't you creating more drag? How is the get up and go with these fins?

if you only sailed straight it could have more drag
Hard to distinguish between drag from the fin or drag from the area of many fins
all of my multi fin boards have some form of asymmetrical fin

Went for it and ordered a Quad set of K4 fins 15cm flexys for the rear and 8cm Ezzys with 2 degrees of Toe. Swapped the rears only for a step by step approach.
Well I think the windsurf gods have been smilin' on the workingman lately as solid Fri-Sat-Sun action has been had the last few weeks with more to come. Yesterday was the best day I have had on my Quad. Board felt super loose and seemed to plane up about the same but with a little less effort. They are smaller after all. These fins are super flexy compared to my MFCs. The biggest difference was the way the fins broke loose smooth and predictable with an easy recovery. Felt like I could just go for it and really load up the fins in the bottom turn.
Yeah I like em'.
Going to try the Ezzys up front today for the full K4 setup.

Just wanted to update with my latest setup. I went twin fin with 17cm K4 flex fins and couldn't be happier. The board glides much better and bottom turns are still super sharp. Makes me wonder why twin fins only lasted a season.
I did try the Ezzy K4 fins up front and they worked fine but not a huge difference. The Quad setup works well in Overpowered crazy conditions like we had last week. Other than that I'm going twinny!
Posted a pic of the board which is 2011 RRD Quad 92l.
