Good grief that is an awesome photo, Evans. My daughter saw it over my shoulder and said the same thing. That should be splashed on a cover somewhere.

Excellent Evans! The backlit wave and the paddle slice is a very cool element. Do we get to see a clip too?

Here is the clip it came from. It is disapointing compared to the frame grab. It was not a great wave and closed out quickly but for that one millisecond it was killer. Pause and go one frame at a time when you get to the actual ride.
It was the first wave of the day so I jumped the gun and most likely could have pick a better wave in the set.

Amazing picture!! You're inspiring me to try my gopro again. Mine has been frustrating so far--I get about 20 minutes of clear footage, then the lens slowly fogs over despite being tightly sealed in the housing with no leaks. Do you ever have the fogging problem?

Sweet picture, Jerry.
I have had the Gopro fogging problem, too. Gopro sells some
desiccants, but I haven't tried them

http://gopro.com/camera-accessories/anti-fog-inserts/

I tried putting rice, inside the housing, but didn't seem to work.
