Are you serious or not?
Yes, Google Chrome warns me that malware was spread by carbonsugar.com or something like that this site is linked to yours one way or the other.
I usually read your stuff, but not now. |

Went again on it by mistake. Might as well give you more info.
Here's what Chrome is saying:
Warning: Something's Not Right Here!

Google has found that malicious software may be installed onto your computer if you proceed. If you've visited this site in the past or you trust this site, it's possible that it has just recently been compromised by a hacker. You should not proceed. Why not try again tomorrow or go somewhere else?
We have already notified www.carbonsugar.com that we found malware on the site. For more about the problems found on www.carbonsugar.com, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page.
If you understand that visiting this site may harm your computer, proceed anyway.
Help improve detection of malware by sending additional data to Google about sites on which you see this warning. This data will be handled in accordance with the Safe Browsing privacy policies. |

I got the same google chrome warning about malware on www.carbonsugar.com when I went to your website. Having read this post I went anyway, and my computer hasn't crashed so not worries yet. |

After many hours of research and some serious hair pulling, running malware searches on my 2 Google sites and Sean O'Brien's Carbon Sugar website, the result: no malware anywhere.
DaNewsBlog did have the Carbon Sugar Blog on its Blogroll, now removed(no new posts in the last 8 months). Chrome users should not get the scary warnings when you visit DaNewsBlog.
The security check i did on Carbon Sugar showed no malware, but it did show out of date software. And that will get your website "blacklisted" and trigger the Warning.
Sorry Sailboarder for my angry response.
Happy Trails, Clyde Giesenschlag |
