Ahh - just what the doctor ordered; light to marginal, at best, winds for the next few days. I wont have to get out and prove my enduring love for the sport of windsurfing.
Waterlogged and jaded with a stiff case of muscle hangover neutered my enthusiasm on day 5 of 5. If I haven't made the full conversion to SUP over prone, it's getting close after this week.
Rest up folks as next week could be good with a decent wave forecast, end of day low tides and a dwindling tourism crowd.

One more thing - Not only was I pumped for a personal step-up day on Thursday, but the sights were great too.
One mom in a perfectly positioned black Hurley bikini proved that the water was not too cold to strut her stuff by surfing a couple of bombed out whitewash pulses. For some reason when her hubby proved he could do it too, it didn't seem as exciting!! Even my wife would have gave me permission to comment on that spectacle

I second that PK, took a stay-cation from Thur., rack'n up a nice wave count over the next 4 days somewhere in Orleans awful close to Chatham. Think I'm out for AWT but represent, as I know you will.

I have a 2012 Paddle Surf Hawaii 8'9" Hull Ripper available if anyone is interested.
Vo. - 119L
8'9" x 30 1/8" x 4 1/4"
Board for advanced / med to xlarge surf - I am 5'10" / 165#'s and I have no problem with this board in glass to moderate chop and wind. I am going to a smaller board.
Plenty of good information here:
http://www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Stand-Up-Paddle/Review/psh-hull-rippers/?page=1
Condition is very good with exception of:
(1) chip on rail that did not break the skin but I did a self repair (see image)
(2) putting board in my van I put a hole in the bottom - self repaired (see image)
(3) some small chips on rail (see images)
Board is dry and air tight.
PSH QUAD SET IS NOT INCLUDED
Prefer local sale and can deliver NH, CT, Cape, RI.
Located in Marblehead, MA.
thx!

I'm pretty excited about Isaac's wave potential. Looks like the system has sucked the wind out of our part of the gulf (Texas), but we've been surfing the past few days. The waves have been decent for this time of year, and these aren't even from that storm yet. But the prediction is that the storm swell will hit tomorrow afternoon and it will clean up nicely. MSW is saying 5 feet @ 13 second intervals. That would be great. Fingers crossed.
