Im pondering a trip to stevenson this afternoon but am already well overbudget on gas money so I want to make sure its worthwhile  The "forecast" is calling for increasing winds through the late afternoon, but most times ive been out there it shuts off pretty early... Is the early pattern almost guaranteed or do the winds sometimes go into the evening? |

I would go for it...
I'm staying home today and it seems like more often than not when I don't make the drive the winds seem to cooperate |
