Ha! I knew you'd look! I was gonna just show the new epoxy board but these two look so good together I had to show them both.
Green/Yellow 95ltrs 14.5 lbs before straps fin, etc
Red/Yellow 80ltrs ?? lbs on the heavy side but sails light.
I'm not really hep on all the construction details. You'll have to ask Brian. We'll have details on the new website. The Green one is still waiting it's maiden voyage. Haven't tried either fin. I got the 9.25 Enduro fin from swchandler. He uses the 8.75 on his 80ltr OO so it might be a bit too much fin. Ah Christmas in April!!

| Nice! Particularly like the graphics on the yellow/green board. I'm no expert by any means, but I think that fin may not do the board justice. I've had really good luck with MFC (Maui Fin Company) fins... maybe a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion. On my 87L wave board, I replaced the stock fin with a MFC one of the same size, and the board felt much better. Swell City would sure be a good first time out today!

Hey tweeky, That's a Maui Ultra Fin and it's one of their Wave models believe It or not. I couldn't find one negative thing said about their fins. They said it points really well too. I'm really anxious to try it. I'll report back when I do.

What is that board second from the top with the step tail?
Is that a Kona longboard?

It looks like it would point really well, my only question would be if it might feel too "locked in" for a turny wave fin feel... my MFC fins look much closer to your blue fin in the picture, but are probably a little more oriented towards a turny, "loose" feel. Let us know how the Ultra works out... I have a friend that sails an OO, he'd probably love a fin like that if it turns well.

Fin city!
Waaaaaay too much fin(s) for my liking.
Singles, twins, or quads for windsurfing (IMHO), thrusters or 2+1, is only for surfboards or standup boards.
But that's just me.
At least reduce the size of the center fin if you have to have those sidebites.

| Thanks for the info noshuzbluz... I'll pass that on to my friend... looks like it would be right up his alley. NW30, keep in mind those thrusters are removable... I think he can take them out and ride the board as just a single fin setup, unless thats changed from other OO I've seen.

Ya it's a wait and see thing. Sailing at Rio Vista and alot of times dealing with a hard flood to fight being over-finned helps a lot but this might be too much.
The Enduro in the 80ltr looks huge to me @23.5cm. I'll probably get the smaller one and maybe use that in the 95ltr BUT the Maui Ultra @ 24cm I think might be about right for 5.2-6.0.
$100 experiments.....
