Bard--you are not capable of understanding, or passing on, the truth. Plain and simple. Caught spreading lies about 6 times this week. Pretty typical. Tea Party Malibu. |

Dear Patriots and Constitutional Scholars,
The Constitution Class, "The Making of America", will moving to it's new home at 400 Hana Highway for this Thursday's class, Oct. 27th at 6:30 PM. All classes and meetings of the TEA Party Maui will now be held at this new location. We are located directly behind FedEx at the old Amfac Building. (click to see map) The best way to arrive at the new location is to take Alamaha St. off of Dairy Rd. We are on the corner of Alamaha and Papa Streets (400 Hana Highway, Kahului, HI - Google Maps) across the street from Westco Electric. We will make sure we have a flag out front to direct all Patriots to our new location.
The paint is fresh, the walls are bare and freedom and liberty are alive and well with the TEA Party Maui.
For information and directions, call John Kerr at 808 870 7729.
See you Thursday! |

Good one!
Maybe one of you scholars can spare a few history lessons for Perry and Palin?

It never surprises me that liars have tells. Take this claim by bard: "Yes, my brothere was arrested because one of his employees inadvertantly drove accross a dry creek bed on his own property. It cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend himself. He won, but this is the terrorism of our govt."
Errors of fact and spelling left in the original. It has been clear to me that bard got in some type of trouble with the government, not likely his brother. But the story is false. Nobody has ever gone to jail in California simply for violating laws against filling. At least two people that I know of have gone to jail for defying a judge's order. That's the only way that arrest comes up. Violations are dealt with by letters and administrative fines; the legislature gave the regulatory agencies in California more authority to fine people without going to court because they wanted more rigorous enforcement of environmental laws. I can cite specifics, and I'm sure if bard reads his court orders he can as well.
Second, nobody was ever subject to enforcement for driving across a stream. More likely bulldozing a new road across a stream without permits. Lies spread by a liar. |

No doubt. It's that same oppressive government that tells businesses that they can't dump their toxic waste in the river, can't bury their toxic chemicals behind the barn, can't pollute the groundwater we drink, can't throw their trash on the beach, can't emit noxious smoke and fumes into the air everybody breaths.
That same government?
That same government that's supposed to act for the benefit of all people, not just for the benefit of the wealthy business owners? |
