Did anyone go sailing in Kalmus or West Dennis today? How was the wind? I'm curious because we tried Ninigret for the first time today, and it was way too gusty to have fun (except for a few guys on slalom-oriented gear who did fine). The iWindsurf wind meter readings for West Dennis show much steadier winds, almost too good to be true.

West Dennis was good. 4.7 then 4.2 for me, but I usually rig a smaller sail than most. Open Ocean 62 l board. Some small waves at rocks. No gloves needed.

Didn't get back on the Cape til 2pm, so went for the closest option.
Started on a 4.7 overpowered at Kalmus @ 2:30p, finally surrendered and rigged the 4.2 @ 3:15p. Had the whole place to myself after 3:30, good wind, all the way across to Great Is. til sunset
