Was indeed windy today!
Blew 40MPH from dawn til dark.
My 3.3m was just the ticket.

You guys are tougher than me. I saw Stevenson's 25mph wind and then looked at the 40 degree temps and thought watching Season 2 of Sons of Anarchy on DVD was a better choice.....

You missed a few hours of low-to-mid 20s (average) w/nice swell out east yesterday under deep blue skies @ 58 degrees. I made a big mistake wearing a dry suit and got overheated despite deliberately dunking my bare head. No way I could have worn booties or gloves.

It was kinda epic on 11-3 because after we sailed till we were done at Bob's Beach we had cocktails on the deck with a temp of 84f and I have the picture to prove it. Very Happy

I came straight from work, or I would have been in shorts and T. As it was, when I derigged I peeled down to rolled-up pants and undershirt.

It must have been 70 at least, so not sure where you got 40?

I brought both a drysuit and 3/3. Opted for the 3/3 and it was fine. That's probably the latest in the season I have worn a 3mm suit.

It was cold in the morning....but by afternoon 70....wind chill like 60. I was in my 4/3 no booties or hood, last day for that suit till May. On the 3.8 and 74L Board, should have been on my 3.5 and 60L board around 1pm.
