El Nino effects on wind in Chile and Barbados

How is the wind effectet in south chile and Barbados?
Are there some spots that are positve effectet by el nino?

To ad a quastion, do any know how strong the El Nino will be this year?

A reliable windsurf professional predicts the winds in Bonaire will stink this year..time will tell. 2009 was GREAT

We believe the Nino gives us better wind in Belize. Last winter was not good at all.l
