Planning to head to Cape for Danny. Based on last week's experience with Bill. Did anyone find a access to the water to windsurf.
Second option is to try to sail at Pt. Judith, RI at Aunt Carrie's.

SE winds going E. 20-30+
I have found the best wind conditions to be usually at West Dennis Beach at the Lighthouse Inn (east) end of the beach.
BUT, will the town close this off for everyone?
If that's the case, try anywhere on the south side of the Cape from Yarmouth to Chatham. |

I just looked at the capecodonline web site. It seems that some towns are thinking about closing beaches.
Pardon my on going rant, but I'm partial to Kalmus. I've noticed that the sea grass (type??) doesn't seem to hang on the fin as much.
Worst case the Orleans side of Pleasant Bay will be an easy tack out through the boats. Easy parking too. Weed fins are mandatory.
Regardless of the wind, surf should be good - Sunday? Monday for sure.

Good news for all you who decided not to go to the Cape.
I did it at Pleasant Bay. Rigged a 5.0 first, then to a 6.0, then stood in the rain for an hour, then plodded along in sub-planning winds for 2 runs.
now that SUCKED!!
maybe, back to surfing tomorrow

Well, since I reseeded my lawn on Thursday, some good has come from a rainy day. This morning I watched a flock of ten wild turkeys pass through my back yard feeding. |

It takes a turkey to know a turkey, Brucie. So, if anybody knows turkeys, it's you.
Turkeys love fresh grass seed. Plant more. |
