Does an over-powered out of control sailor have the right of way?

Can a starboard sailor claim right of way to the leeward side?

If Iran attacks Iraq from the rear, will they use Greece?

The typical rule of the water is that any vessel overtaking another must give way. Applied to the oncoming vessel, if the oncoming vessel is in control a starboard reach is generally the vessel with the right of way, however, if the port vessel is out of control and starboard is in control use your own judgement and either get hammered or get the hellouttatheway b4 gettin hammered.

The President does have a point. I am not here to correct the President but if Iran does attack there will be some serious repercussions and an after math just like when Sadam invaded Kuwait. Believe me it won't take much to isolate the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, 650000 personnel. They are weak and they do not have the infrastructure to even consider a Battle with United States or even Israel.

In terms of being over powered it takes considerable judgement to determine that from other sailors on approach. I caution that, and maybe you need to be a better judge than a critic before you go out on the water. Another problem are the in-experienced Kiters that do Not take action to this rule because they worry about their Kite when it comes to the right-Away, and I put a strong caution when you pass.

John Kerry is very well known to be over-powered, and so was his little buddy Edwards. Now we got to keep our eyes on Obama and his National Security policys which will cripple this Country! This is a very serious matter, and I don't have to get into great detail here.
