So this is my shot at trying to beat the crowds without beating the crowds.

To any landlord who knows they'll have a place opening around June 1-15th:

I need a place for the summer, I live in White Salmon right now but its a summer vaca home so I'm being rolled over in June.

About me: I'm a landlord myself so I get the need for quality renters. I've got 2 years history in the gorge and come very highly recommended.

I'm pretty flexible, but would like a 1 or 2 bedroom setup for under $800/mo. on month to month or short lease through September.
