Hi All,

OK - maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but I seem to recall a tide chart being available for all of our favorite sailing spots - on the left margin of the wind page.

Assuming that it is gone, and simple instructions can not help me locate it, what is another source for bay area tides?

Many thanks.

Mike

Nothing changed as far as I can see. I get Tide links on all the sites that I tried.

Crissy

Candlestick

Coyote Point

3rd Ave

Palo Alto

Which site are you looking at?

Alak.

http://tbone.biol.sc.edu/tide/

this is a tide predictor for about every site in the world. i believe iwindsurf actually uses the same software to generate their tide tables.

you can bookmark the pages for your favorite sites and fully customize how you view them.

i downloaded the software several years ago and use it regularly. i've recommended it to others but no one else seems to be able to get it to work on their computers.

the software makes it more convenient to change sites and dates. another advantage is you can click on a time and it will tell you how high the tide should be at that moment.

nifty little app. i sent the author a donation.

For Crissy, I use the following page. It loads super-fast and shows the tides for the whole year:
