Buying new gear is optional for me. Other than sheet lines or repair parts I get by on well used things. I know most places don't have the great deals and supply we have around here.

I suspend my sails horizontally to clean and dry. I can get to both sides and the sails never touch the ground..

It really doesn't take much of a fiberglass repair kit to do permanent repairs at the beach if you don't have another board or can't wait to get back to the shop.

All the Windsurfers I know have a better supply of spare boards than they do of repair tape.

Holding on to your boom in a crash is something I've avoided. Thinking that's a great way to tear up your shoulder?
