Check out La Ventana, Baja. Its pretty hard to beat in the winter, 80 - 85% sailable days, some fun waves, great on the beach rentals. Water temp around 70 degrees.

Capt. Kirks has 7 hot showers, Ventana Windsurf has 4, Joes has some too !!

That is prime hurrican season, with little or no wind. Very hot and very humid temps. Go early November to March and youll love it.

FYI: Southern Baja is excellant in winter, check out La Ventana and/or Los Barilles, Baja.
