Most people need 25-30 liters more volume than their weight in kg to be able to uphaul, so you'll probably want a board around 110-115. 90 is too small unless your waterstarts are 100%.

A quick, off the cuff survey of typical high performance equipment costs these days:

boards are $1000-$2000
sails are $400-$1000
masts are $400-$1000
booms are $300-$1000
drysuits are $400 ...
