Usually direct flights from North America as long as you don't mind going via Canada. US relations with Venezuela are different than other countries that allow direct flights to Margarita.

Anyone have any idea where one could get such a thing? The board I found is relatively intact, but the daggerboard was broken (how you break a carbon fibre daggerboard I don't know).

If you go with Jibe City they have Hi-Fly boars with twin (smaller) fins.
