I loaded some pictures.
It is just weird the the scratches are on the top of the wing. I would think if I hit something there would be damage on the front or bottom. Bolts ...

Haven't sailed there. I have heard that there is a pretty dense algae bloom in late summer. Odell lake is the best Oregon cascade lake for windsurfing.
