I agree with andymc's post. We were out at Rooster this past Sunday and it was cranking( 3.7-4.2) But the Rooster sensor was showing low 20s max. Same thing the previous week.

If it's really stuck and the boom method won't work, take a couple of tie down straps (or rope), make a series of half hitches on both ends of the mast to keep the straps from sliding off, fasten one ...
