You never mentioned where you live and what the lake is called... maybe there are phantom windsurfers in your area you have never seen out.....

I just tie or tape all my sails together or wrap them in a sheet/blanket, try to bundle the mast and boom in there too. Just watch for the mast sliding out... This saves the wieght of the bag and hand ...

I have a friend with alot of vacation rentals in Kuau (just east of paia on northshore). 10-15min car drive to kanaha or 2 mins to Hookipa!!!
