I agree, El Yaque works for beginners as well as advanced sailors. Plus, it is probably one of the best places to take up kiteboarding.

Aruba has more wind, but with a name like WAVEDAVE do you really want to sail on flat water?

When are you planning to go? If it is in the next few months Margarita will be the call as this is our windy season. If you are going in Sept-Jan, go to Jeri.
