I agree, El Yaque works for beginners as well as advanced sailors. Plus, it is probably one of the best places to take up kiteboarding. |

Aruba has more wind, but with a name like WAVEDAVE do you really want to sail on flat water?
DR has waves, Margarita has great bump and jump conditions. Or Jeri if you are going in the fall. |
