My wife and I concur. They were both marvelous to us. got in the harness, waterstarted and into the straps - all in a week.

Does anyone know if it is possible, sensible, or permissible to launch from Fort Baker and sail south accross the Golden Gate vs. sailing north from Crissy field?

I just returned from an ABK camp at Rio Vista. They are awesome. my basic skills have improved enormously and I can now jibe.

Hi-

Whats a good rule of thumb for what size sail I should be using vs. the strength of the wind. I weigh about 160lbs and am on a 113 liter board.
