The Bradys run the B&B, school and rental facility. The campground is run by the county. Its probably open all year regardless of the other stuff.

Yeah camp for free at any of the numerous spots along the river at Sherman. Or check out Brannon Island State Park. Its gotta be cheaper than $500.
