I'm wondering if Nehalem Bay has enough wind for me to sail when it is blowing good at Manzanita?

What can you tell me about this board? I weight 200#, sail at the Gorge, am pretty good at water starting on 125l F2 wizard and want to work on planing, footstraps & harness. Thanks.
