here is an iffy link to the station at top of the canyon; very good indicator [with training] as to what is in store for the lake (which is about 12 miles downwind)

you sure about the sizing there? sounds big; most of the land sailing rigs i've seen are in the 3.5~4.5 range. |

not so sure i can agree with the idea of the WeatherFlow folks deliberately dispensing a 'hosing' on to their paying public
originally the sensor was installed courtesy/under-the-wing of the marina ... |

eh, for the record, it is not actually the broken cup on the defunct sensor, but may be either in the cable bundle or slip rings of the one that is still spinning properly.
