We 3rd Ave sailers are mostly middle aged and suffer from serious FOMW (fear of missing wind). So, yeah, we're getting beat to hell by the nonstop NW flow. More please. |

As far as I can tell, you're SOL if you end up downwind of the main ramp/parking lot.

Once your friends can handle a little chop, I'd suggest Mosier. Some swell, but manageable and nice long reach. If their jibes aren't dialed, also helps to have a nice long fetch and not have to water ... |
